Terms of service

Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite to your sites.

You may only add Pathrail to sites you own or run. You're responsible for telling your visitors about analytics and getting any consent the law where you operate requires. The data is yours: we process it to provide Pathrail, as described in the privacy policy.

Don't use Pathrail to break the law, to track people across sites you don't run, to send spam, or to overload or probe the service. API and MCP keys have rate limits, and plans have the monthly limits shown on the pricing page.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until you cancel. You can cancel any time in billing; the plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for. We don't refund partial periods unless the law requires it.

We work to keep Pathrail running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, without guarantees of uptime or of exact numbers. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can delete your sites at any time, which deletes their data, and we'll close your account when you ask. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why. If we ever shut Pathrail down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice so you can export your data.
